RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision via email to hola@engineershoes.com

2. Conditions for Return

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been damaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and accessories included.

3. Return Procedure

  1. The customer must contact us through this website.
  2. We will arrange for collection at no charge.
  3. Once the product is received and its condition verified, a refund or exchange will be processed as appropriate.

4. Return Costs

  • If the return is for any reason, we will always and in any case bear the return costs.

5. Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, except for manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged or without their original packaging.
