RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving the order without providing any justification. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to vicentellopis08@gmail.com .
2. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must not have been used or damaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
3. Return Procedure
- The customer must contact customer service within the indicated period.
- You will be provided with instructions for shipping the product.
- Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund or exchange will be issued as appropriate.
4. Return Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customized or made-to-order products, except for manufacturing defects.
- Products that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging.
