The store offers both in-stock and on-demand products. Product availability is indicated on each product listing. If a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified and may opt for a full refund or replacement of a similar product.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

In-stock items : Will ship within 2-5 business days.

On-demand products : Will be manufactured and shipped within 30-40 business days.

Orders will be shipped via courier companies and the customer will receive a tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
5. Return Policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. For more details, see our Return Policy .
6. Warranty
All products come with a two-year warranty, in accordance with current legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
