2. Products and Availability

The store offers products in stock and made-to-order products. Product availability is indicated on each product page. In the event that a product is not available after purchase, the customer will be informed and can opt for a full refund or a replacement with another product of similar value.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices indicated in the store include applicable taxes and are expressed in euros (€). Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • In-stock products: Will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

  • Made-to-order products: Will be manufactured and shipped within 30 - 40 business days.

  • Orders will be shipped via courier companies and the customer will receive a tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

5. Return Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. For more details, please consult our Return Policy.

6. Warranty

All products have a 2-year warranty in accordance with current legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
