The following 2 weeks after the first 2, we will change the Initial 6/8 mm insole for the so-called Transition 4 mm insole, which will lower the Drop almost by half, therefore we will be halfway through the most important phase, where your muscles and joints will be strengthened.
During this period it is advisable to walk with them between 20 or 30 minutes a day, three or four days a week, depending on our lifestyle and especially how we feel with them, you will notice which muscles are getting stronger and it is advisable not to overload them, now you have control over the flexibility of the entire shoe, the width of the toes and now we are lowering the Drop towards getting to walk as similar as possible to going barefoot.
At week 5 or 6, with this same 4 m/m Transition insole, we can start thinking about going out for a moderate run for 5 or 10 minutes of jogging and 15 of walking for 2-3 days a week, this is ideal, you can see how you feel, to continue or stop, we are in no hurry and we can spend as much time as we need in this intermediate stage, since the next stage will be walking only with the 2 m/m Barefoot insole that we have been wearing from the beginning.
